Mac No Bootable Device Error

If you see the Mac No bootable device error message on the screen of your computer, perform the troubleshooting instructions given below to resolve it.

  • Step 1:Insert the boot disc and then restart your Mac computer.
  • Step 2:At the time of restarting the Mac computer, press and hold the Alt key on the computer’s keyboard.
  • Step 3:Note: You can also use the Option key instead of the Alt Key.
  • Step 4:You will see the Apple logo on the screen and then the following options will be shown.

  • Step 10:Go to Spotlight, type boot camp, and choose it from the search result.
  • Step 11:This will launch the Boot Camp Assistant window on the screen.
  • Step 12:After clicking the Continue button, choose any of the options and again click the Continue button in the Select Tasks window.
